🕒 Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexibility required)

A dynamic and fast-growing boutique property business based in Little Venice is on the lookout for an organised and ambitious Office Manager / PA to become the backbone of their operations. Working directly with the founding duo, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, hands-on position and is ready to grow with the business.
What you'll be doing:
🗂 Office Management & Operations
Oversee day-to-day office functions
First point of contact for clients and visitors
Streamline and improve admin processes
🏡 Sales & Lettings Support
Prepare property descriptions and offers
Handle tenancy agreements, referencing, and compliance
Liaise with buyers, tenants, and agents throughout the process
🔧 Property Management
Support management of a 30-property portfolio
Handle maintenance requests and contractor coordination
Help build and grow this key department
📅 PA Support
Manage diaries, inboxes, and meetings for the founders
Provide ad hoc personal assistance
What we're looking for:
✅ At least 2 years' experience in a similar Office Manager or PA role (property experience essential)
✅ Knowledge of sales, lettings, and property management workflows
✅ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ A can-do, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine desire to grow with the business
