Temp Finance Assistant - Rotherham - up to £28,000

Chase & Holland are working alongside a market leading manufacturing business in Rotherham, who are looking for a Temporary Finance Assistant to join their Finance team during a period of change and implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a very successful business.

Finance Assistant responsibilities include:
 
Processing supplier sales invoices, matching and processing of receipt
Credit control
Generating Purchase Orders, adding new suppliers and overdue accounts
Reconciliation of transport statements / scan PODS
Update of Import schedule when payments made
Monitoring / Recording of daily banking activity
Cash book postings
Bank reconciliations
Allocating all payments to the cashbook and the ledgers
Processing expenses claims
Processing and posting of credit card statements
Assist with month end accounts preparation
Recording of factory production
Experience:
 
Experience of working in a similar varied accounts role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly computer literate
Strong organisational skills
