We're a leading privately owned property developer in Kent and the South East, established in 2011. With new developments launching, we're looking for a creative Social Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team based in Dartford, with travel across Kent and Sussex.

The Role

Lead our organic and paid social media channels, create engaging content, and grow our digital presence. Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Location: Dartford office (5 days per week) + travel to developments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage organic and paid social media across all platforms
• Create content (photos, videos, reels) showcasing developments, construction progress, and behind-the-scenes
• Write engaging copy for posts, captions, and social campaigns
• Design visual assets using Canva with brand consistency
• Monitor community engagement and respond to interactions
• Produce monthly performance reports and analyse key metrics
• Stay ahead of social media trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and events

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong content creation skills (especially video/reels)
• Excellent copywriting and communication
• Proficiency in Canva
• Task-driven and organised approach

Preferred:

• Property/housebuilder experience
