Are you a patient, resilient, and dedicated Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding full-time role within a supportive primary school setting?

About the Role

This Behaviour Mentor position is based within a welcoming primary school in Haringey. The role is full time, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 who require additional behavioural and emotional support. You will support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them to regulate their emotions, develop positive coping strategies, and engage fully in learning.

You will play a key role in implementing behaviour support plans, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, and ASD.
