We are a non-selective academy with about 1,880 boys and girls aged between 11 and 18. We are proud of our outstanding Ofsted rating, which we achieved in November 2022. We are looking for an English teacher who can inspire and motivate our students to love reading, writing and speaking. You will have high expectations of yourself and your students, and you will deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will also contribute to the wider life of the school, such as extracurricular activities, pastoral care and community involvement.

To apply for this role, you will need to have:
• a relevant degree and a teaching qualification,
• as well as experience of teaching English at secondary level.
