We are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Advisor in Lytham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great team with a company with a sterling reputation. This role is suitable for people commuting from Preston, Kirkham, South shore, ST’Annes and Blackpool.

Business Development Advisor Salary: £25,000 + OTE £40,000

Business Development Advisor Hours: 9am-5pm Monday- Friday

Business Development Advisor Roles and responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communications with your allocated client base.
  • Build relationship with clients to maintain and grow the market share of each client’s business.
  • Identify and secure profitable referrals and attachments services.
  • Onboard new clients, assess and prospect business potential.
  • Secure qualified registrations against personal registration target
  • Fielding incoming calls and emails.
  • Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills.
  • Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications.

Business Development Advisor key competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Confident
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Consistently work as part of a team and be perceived by others as a team player.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work under pressure.
