FRS are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion for our Engineering client based in High Wycombe.
This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensure quality standards and deliver results on time and within budget. The position offers flexibility, with the option to work from home and involves regular travel to client sites.
In return, our client can offer a salary around £50-55k (negotiable on experience), hybrid working, a company car, bonus system & 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
Duties Will Include
- Define and agree on project objectives with stakeholders
- Prepare accurate pricing, quotations and tenders
- Provide expert advice on project planning and management
- Organise and coordinate teams of professionals across various disciplines
- Recruit, manage and oversee subcontractors
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce Health & Safety compliance
- Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are achieved
- Maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, costing and billing
Suitable Candidates Will Have / Be
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, main contractors and partners
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and procedures
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight on occasions
- CAD experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset
