We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Renewals Executive to join our growing team. In this desk-based role, you'll be responsible for managing and securing contract renewals for both direct and channel customers within the Micro and Small Business segments.

You'll be engaging with customers by phone and email, ensuring their renewals are handled smoothly and on time, while also identifying opportunities to enhance customer value through upselling, cross-selling and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact customers approaching contract end dates to manage the full renewal process

*

Present renewal options clearly and guide customers towards the best solutions

*

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system

*

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners through professional and effective communication

*

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, adding value for customers

*

Support retention targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

*

Provide feedback and insights on trends to help improve the renewals process

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills - confident, professional and customer-focused

*

Organised and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple priorities effectively

*

Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations

*

Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving renewals, retention and growth

*

Experience in a similar renewals, account management or customer service role is desirable but not essential
