Mobile Maintenance Plumber
Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday

A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings

*

Service and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware

*

Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems

*

Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring

*

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely

*

Complete job reports and documentation accurately

*

Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery

*

Travel between sites across the Birmingham region

Skills & Experience Required:

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)

*

Experience working within commercial maintenance or facilities management - essential

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

Good knowledge of water systems, pumps, and pipework installations

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills

*

Full UK driving licence - essential
