Based in a busy office, this role supports day-to-day desk functions, ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock is tracked effectively, and customer needs are met with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customers throughout the entire process from start to finish
Handle all incoming queries professionally and efficiently
Communicate delays, changes, and delivery information clearly to relevant teams and customers
Manage product availability and coordinate dispatch with operations and transport teams
Process return requests and ensure accurate records
Manage administration for bookings
Update systems with delivery, return, and stock details following inspections
Respond to queries from other team working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations 
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
A team player with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
Good IT skills and confidence using order systems
