PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

PERMANENT 06.45am until 5pm Monday to Thursday

RSW are looking for Production Operatives for their client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge. Full training will be provided.

Main Purpose of Role

Contribute to the assembly of products throughout the production area, ensuring they meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

* Adhere to Standard Working Procedures

* Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices

* Undertake necessary actvities to ensure work place organisation

* Achieve expected output and quality targets

* Adhere to ESD procedures at all times

* Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area

* Train to work in line with IPC standards (soldering)

* Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.

* Any other duties deemed necessary

Person Specification

Essential Skills

* Adequate numeracy and literacy skills

* Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment

Salary

£25500k plus pension, cashplan healthcare and Death in Service 6x salary.

Working Hours:

06.45am until 5pm Monday to Thursday
