Sales Account Executive

Job Description

Whil is looking for a sales generalist who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to make a customer happy. You know how to capitalize on an extensive leads database to convert leads into sales. There are strong inbound leads, client referrals and testimonials that you will be able to leverage for success. Whil has seen 10x revenue growth year over year and provides a generous sales incentives plan.



  • Manage the full sales cycle

  • Create and manage pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts

  • Contact, qualify and follow-up on opportunities, through outbound calls and emails

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities

  • Ensure sales metrics are met or exceeded, including responsibilities for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast predictability and accountability

  • Leverage your network and Whil’s  existing relationships to generate significant new business

  • Achieve quota assignments and forecast sales activity accurately

  • Track all sales related activities through Salesforce

  • Up to 10% travel




  • Minimum of 2 years of quota achieving sales success, preferably in enterprise software

  • Proven and strong experiencing generating and converting leads into sales opportunities

  • Self-starter with expertise using Salesforce

  • Ability to accurately forecast, negotiate, and close deals

  • Extensive networking and business development skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid computer skills including Google Docs, Slides and Sheets, and


Nice to have:

  • Experience in the health/wellness space

  • Experience in LMS software or education tech

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products

  • Experience in start-up environment
