The Role - Assistant Manager:

As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily retail operations. From leading a team to delivering outstanding service, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the store meets its sales and service goals.

Key responsibilities:

Support all operational aspects of the retail store

Drive team performance to achieve sales and KPI targets

Deliver excellent customer service across all areas of the store

Lead and motivate the team through training, coaching, and support

Maintain high visual merchandising and stock presentation standards

Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and procedures

Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new retail team members
