Due to continuous growth Red Rock Consultants are looking to recruit talented Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team.

We are looking for candidates with all levels of experience including resources and we are looking to recruit in Birmingham and Manchester offices.

The Main Duties include:

* Interviewing candidates

* Building lasting relationships with candidates

* Developing new clients through proactive sales calls

* Client visits with existing clients

What Red Rock are looking for:

* A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential

* A friendly and warming personality

* Business Development experience and comfortable in generating new business.

* Experience within a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential

* Strong customer service skills
