Interim Finance Manager to provide hands-on leadership and oversight of the finance function, managing a small team of two Finance Administrators and partnering with budget holders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team of two Finance Administrators.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Treasury management.
- VAT returns and compliance.
- Partnering with budget holders to support financial decision-making.
Systems: Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central 365.
Candidate Profile: - Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with strong relevant experience.
- Confident working across both strategic and hands-on finance.
