Our client, a multi-faceted construction contractor with a strong portfolio across the residential sector, is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and motivated individual with proven experience in residential building services and strong proficiency in Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate mechanical building services for residential projects.

• Produce detailed Revit models and technical drawings.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project delivery standards are met.

• Perform mechanical calculations and equipment selection.

• Support project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in residential mechanical building services.

• Proficient in Revit for MEP design and coordination.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
