The Role

We are currently seeking a Junior Planogrammer to join a growing POS / Retail Design environment on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Development Designer looking to start or further their career within a fast-paced retail display and trade environment. The successful candidate will support the development team by creating planogram layouts for on-shelf solutions in line with customer briefs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret briefs to create planogram-style layouts for retail shelf solutions

Ensure all layouts adhere to provided guidelines and specifications

Model and insert products of varying sizes and shapes

Work to tight deadlines and highlight any potential risks

Collaborate with Planning, Workshop, Prototype and Pre-Production teams

Maintain professional standards internally and externally

Maintain accurate records and report progress accordingly

Minimum Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Good IT skills (MS Office)

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Comfortable participating in internal and client meetings

Good numeracy skills

Knowledge of SolidWorks
