A dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Swindon is seeking a capable and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you won't just support-you'll lead. Whether you're stepping in to cover a lesson or working closely with pupils who need extra support, you'll be a key part of the teaching and learning team.

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher

• Supporting students 1:1, in small groups, and in full classes

• Working alongside teachers to improve pupil engagement and outcomes

• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive environment

• Offering support to students with a range of needs, including SEN

• A qualified HLTA or someone with significant classroom experience at HLTA level

• Confident in leading lessons and managing behaviour independently

• Skilled at building positive relationships with students and staff

• Reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
