Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the store operations and ensure that the information is efficiently distributed
  • Process and coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Keep all documents available and organized
  • Keep records of the inventory movements
  • Enter all the transactions into the store operating system in order to support accounting and managers’ analysis
  • Ensure backend procedures are completed and maintained to standards
  • Request quotations to installers and freight forwarders
  • Monitor the status of sales orders and proactively act in order to ensure a timely completion
  • Ensure availability of the merchandise and services by following up with vendors and scheduling appointments
  • Support team members by completing store operations
  • Assist customers directly or indirectly with questions related to sales orders
  • Assist the Store Manager and the office in organizing other store activities, such as cleaning services, utilities and store supplies purchases


2 years experience in customer service or logistic

Ability to interact with customers and associates in a professional and positive manner

Well organized and detail oriented

Ability to follow up on operational processes and provide feedback
