Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Support pupils with emotional, behavioural, and physical needs
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) desirable
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
