Senior Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

Location - Crewe

Salary - £33,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £40,000+)

Richard Abson Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Service Receptionist on behalf of a well-established, multi-brand main dealer in Crewe.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings

* Providing updates on vehicle progress and work carried out

* Advising on repairs, maintenance, and additional services

* Upselling service plans and additional work

* Liaising with the workshop to ensure a smooth customer journey

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer preferred)

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Confident upselling and delivering against targets

* Experience using Kerridge and/or 1Link (preferred but not essential)

* Professional, organised, and team-focused

Salary & Benefits:

* £33,000 basic salary

* Uncapped bonus (OTE £40,000+)

* Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm

* Saturday mornings on a rota

* Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
