The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong and confident telephone manner and is confident using computers. MS Office experience would be needed for this role and if you are a bubbly character with a good sense of humour then this role is for you!

The Role:

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers.

* Process customer orders that come through via telephone or email

* Send order confirmations to all customers.

* Deal with customer queries, sales issues, and complaints, providing a high level of customer service.

* Make sure the team KPI's are being achieved.

The package for Internal Sales Administrator

* Monday - Friday 8:30am -5pm - Flexible hours considered.

* 25 days holiday + BH

* Full time and Permanent
