Your responsibilities as Senior Compliance Officer

• Oversee compliance with FCA requirements, including filings, reporting, and notifications
• Provide clear, practical regulatory advice to first line teams, offering constructive challenge
• Support implementation and embedding of regulatory frameworks across the business
• Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and systems
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact
• Investigate compliance issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions

What we’re looking for in a Senior Compliance Officer

• Previous experience within compliance in financial services
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, particularly within general insurance
• Ability to interpret and translate complex regulation into practical guidance
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
