About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Architect to join our growing team in Bedford. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across the residential, commercial, public realm, and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering sustainable, creative, and visually striking landscapes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the design and planning of landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.

*

Prepare masterplans, landscape strategies, planting plans, and detailed design packages.

*

Undertake LVIA (Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment) and related assessments where required.

*

Coordinate with clients, local authorities, architects, ecologists, and engineers.

*

Prepare and submit planning applications and assist with public consultations.

*

Conduct site visits and provide oversight during implementation phases.

*

Ensure that designs comply with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice standards.

Requirements:

*

Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.

*

Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working toward chartership.

*

Proven experience in a UK-based landscape architecture role (2+ years preferred).

*

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit or GIS is a plus.

*

Strong design, graphic, and communication skills.

*

Knowledge of UK planning system, policies, and environmental standards.

*

Full UK driving licence (site visits may be required).
