Music Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:
Music Instruction and Therapy:

Deliver tailored music lessons and therapeutic activities to meet the unique needs of students with special educational requirements.
Utilize music as a tool to enhance communication, social skills, and emotional well-being.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.Individualized Support:

Provide one-on-one assistance to students, helping them develop their musical talents and self-expression.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students with special educational needs can flourish and explore their musical potential.
Collaborate with teachers and professionals to design personalized music-based intervention plans.
Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with the school team, parents, and external organizations to establish a comprehensive support system for students.
Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary meetings and evaluations. 
Music Learning Support Assistant Requirements:

Prior experience as a Music Learning Support Mentor or in a similar role involving individuals with special educational needs.
Profound understanding of various special educational needs and knowledge of effective strategies for supporting students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cultivating positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Passion for utilizing music as a therapeutic and educational tool.
Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
