Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years professional looking to step into a supportive leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our inclusive and nurturing nursery in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Nursery Manager, guide a committed team, and help shape the future of our setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery

Lead by example to promote high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding

Mentor and support Early Years Practitioners to deliver quality EYFS provision

Contribute to the management of rotas, staff deployment, and administrative tasks

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Assist in maintaining compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 4 or 5 desirable)

Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role

Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and child development

Confident, approachable, and organised, with excellent communication skills

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and well-being
