Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plumbing industry.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Create and implement strategic plans to grow revenue and market share.

*

Conduct market analysis to stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.

*

Deliver engaging sales presentations and tailored proposals.

*

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

*

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reporting.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within plumbing, construction, or building services.

*

Strong industry knowledge and understanding of plumbing products and systems.

*

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

*

Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities.

*

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
