Job Description

Thrive Management Group is currently seeking an entry level Customer Advocate to join our client’s organization for an exciting new career. Our ideal candidates will have integrity, intelligence, and enthusiasm!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Lead Manager on sales trends
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter customer information
  • Process customer orders
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route product inquires to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary



  • Minimum college education or some relative experience
  • Proficient communicator
  • Ability to articulate oneself appropriately
  • Provide company with sound judgment


Preferred Skills / Competencies:

  • Positive energetic upbeat attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong organizational skills, and must be a motivated self starter
  • Ability to think independently and creatively
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Must be pleasant on the phone and have experience handling difficult customers
