Our client has a strong focus on commercial planning, where a lot of their clients are businesses, including major hotel, restaurant and coffee shop groups, breweries, banks, sports and leisure operators, retailers and property developers, including house builders. They also work for public sector clients, including healthcare organisations and housing associations.

The team now includes over 20 fee-earning professionals, representing a wide variety of experience. Joining this well-balanced team, you will help provide the following services to your clients;

Development & Acquisition Appraisals
Planning Applications
Local Plans
Heritage
Retail Assessments
Planning for Advertisements
Planning Appeals
Contesting Enforcement
Multi-project support
