In Tunbridge Wells, this lovely Nursery are now looking for a Nursery Room Leader for their fantastic Nursery. Working 40 hr week Monday to Friday, with salary c£28k depending on experience.

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

* Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

* Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting

* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting

* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements

* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate

* Passionate about early years and children's development within a nursery setting

* Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room

* Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
