As they scale, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, building and leading your own fulfilment team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing, processing, and dispatching all customer orders with accuracy, speed, and care
• Maintaining strict quality standards across packaging, presentation, and security
• Coordinating with customer service, sales, and framing teams to quickly resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to ensure urgent orders and high-volume periods are delivered without delays
• Supporting other departments (framing, goods-in) when business demands require
• This is not a 9-to-5 role — they move fast, and we need someone who thrives in that environment.
