A leading Corporate Services Provider are looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join their busy Tax Advisory Team to deliver operational administrative support across the business & tax advisory life cycle.
This is a Permanent, full-time opportunity (some flexibility in the hours)
Salary on offer up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location - Offices based in Central Bristol
Remote/Hybrid working options available
The Team Administrator role:
Support team across full prospect & client Tax Advisory lifecycle, including: Business development tracking, Sales process tracking & finalisation, Engagement process, Client project & deliverable matters tracking & finalisation logging/recording, SAP - ERP billing process.
Assisting team leads to monitor workload
Maintain Tax Advisory management systems and ensure Tax Advisory deliverables/data are maintained in SharePoint
Assistance with PowerPoint presentation preparations
Administering periodic administrative duties
A proactive contributor towards Tax Advisory initiatives - supporting team leads in driving the team and ensuring adherence to allocated tasks
The ideal person for the Team Administrator role:
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and providing strong administrative support across a number of different jurisdictions.
Experience working with Professional Services information systems
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint.
You will be a confident communicator and team player; taking initiative in seeking out guidance and support when required.
