I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager based around Lichfield for a medium Nursing home with an Active Pin.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
Overall assisting with day to day running of the Nursing Home.
Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members.
Assist in maintaining 'Good' CQC - Achieved 10 months ago.Home Manager Requirements:
Active Pin
Demonstrated longevity.
With in 30 - 40 mins from the home.
Good time and Organisation management.
Good people skills with a hands-on approach.Benefits:
Salary paying: £45,000.
28 days holiday
40-hour contract
