SEN Support Assistant – Mainstream Primary School
Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Camden, who are looking for an SEN Support Assistant to join their team.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and wants to make a meaningful difference in a mainstream classroom setting.
About the RoleAs an SEN Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning in a way that works for them.
You’ll provide a mix of one-to-one and small group support, adapting activities, offering encouragement, and helping pupils feel confident and included in the classroom. Your role will be key in creating a calm, positive environment where every child feels understood and supported.
You’ll be part of a caring and collaborative team, focused on helping every child progress at their own pace and celebrating each step forward.
