As part of their mission to support and progress clients they are looking for an experienced, passionate, proactive Relationship Manager to join their team.
Role and Responsibilties
The Centre Manager will be responsible for brokering and maintaining key relationships in defined Local Authority areas, especially with Jobcentre Plus, training providers, colleges and Local Authority personnel.
To be innovative and creative in embedding the service locally
As the Centre Manager you will support the Regional Operations Manager in maintaining key local relationships The Centre Manager will manage a team of Employment Advisors and ensure delivery meets performance, quality and contract compliance targets
The Centre Manager will work with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure the client's delivery meets overall contractual targets
The Centre Manager will monitor delivery of Employment Advisers in defined locales, ensuring geographical coverage and effective delivery, including sourcing new venues and delivery locations
Experience and Skills
The Centre Manager will demonstrable experience of managing Employment Advisers, including motivating and supporting team members
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills
The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate, network and negotiate effectively with individuals and groups, within the company and outside.
