Service Express UK has a brand new vacancy for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the sales department. This is an exciting time to join the business with double digit growth and an increase in M&A activity which will look to position us centrally in Europe. You will support New Business Sales team - Account Executives and Senior Account Executives across the UK.

What are some of the things you will do?

* Actively manage established sales territories and targets set by management and market capacity; communicate progress and targets to SMB & Senior Account Executives of individual sales staff and monitor performance. On a Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis.

* Partner with all internal sales resources such as Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and all Service functions to maximize sales efforts and revenues.

* Work with Account Executives & Senior Account Executives to provide focus and direction on prospect accounts to maximise sales efforts.

* Hold team and self-accountable to drive results by establishing clear direction and objectives.

* Engage in sound business practices daily by proactively measuring all decisions against the company's four core objectives: excellent customer service, employee engagement, margin retention & growth and revenue growth

* Grow team members Personally, Professionally and Finically with the use of Vision sessions

* Track and report on individual team members ROIs and the team as a whole

* To understand and fulfil the responsibilities for secure management of personal data of both internal and external customers in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018

What you will bring:

* Experience: 5 years of new business sales experience or sales management experience preferred

* Software: Microsoft Office, CRM, SalesForce

* Ability to be resourceful and independent in a variety of situations

* Strong sense of self-awareness and ability to give and receive feedback effectively

* Very energetic with a strong demonstrated ability to achieve results

* Ability to think on a strategic level with capacity to lead and champion change

Travel: Employees discretion in scheduling their travel to various office locations. Valid driver's license required
