The Best Connection are looking for Facilities Maintenance Assistants for our client based in the Manor Royal, Crawley area. The prospecting candidates must be willing to apply for an enhance DBS check and with experience working in a similar role.

Duties:

* Maintaining the standards of the property, to ensure no health and safety risks and upkeep.

* Setting up of different areas to prepare for the day (moving chairs, tables etc)

* Maintain the functionality of the toilets, kitchen areas etc.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, working hours of either/rotation of 06:00-14:00 and 10:00-18:00. 37.5 hours per week
Pay rate: £12.82 per hour
Start: ASAP
Will need to apply for an enhanced DBS check for successful applicants

As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant you will need demonstrate:

* Proactive approach to work with a can do attitude to task

* Close attention to detail to ensure work all work is completed to a high standard.

* Handy with everyday tools (drill, electric/manual screw driver etc)
