Known for our reliability and attention to detail, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's daily schedule and administrative needs. This is a varied role that will require excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the MD's diary, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Organising and preparing for internal and external meetings

Printing and organising technical drawings and documents for site and office use

Handling email correspondence and responding on behalf of the MD where appropriate

Taking meeting minutes and following up on action items

Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management

Acting as a key point of contact between the MD and staff, clients, and suppliers

Supporting the MD with ad hoc tasks and personal errands as required

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a PA, EA, or administrative role (construction or technical environment is an advantage)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Confident handling and printing technical documents and drawings (e.g., PDF plans, large-format printing)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional, discreet, and trustworthy

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
