We're on the lookout for a Chair Production Specialist who's equal parts builder, fixer, organiser, and all-around team player. You'll be working in our buzzing production space in Pucklechurch, helping turn components into fully formed, sit-worthy masterpieces.

What you'll be up to:

* Picking parts & prepping them for our upholsterers

* Receiving & checking goods like a quality-control ninja

* Assembling chairs and furniture to a high spec

* Helping with prototyping new designs and getting involved in the fun stuff

* Occasional repair/service callouts (yes, you might be the hero on-site)

* Pitching in with your team to make things run smoothly

* Suggesting improvements - we welcome clever ideas and practical fixes

Requirements

* Experience in kitchen fitting, furniture installation, stair/wardrobe fitting or similar

* A full UK driving licence

* Solid hands-on skills and confidence with tools

* A positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach

* A sharp eye for quality and detail
