Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: EN11 8RQ
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: £12.85 per hour (PAYE)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in the EN11 area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is looking for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking

Use of hand tools and basic machinery

Ensuring public and private spaces are kept clean and presentable

Working as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work preferred

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

A valid driving licence is an advantage but not essential

What We Offer:

£12.85 per hour, paid weekly (PAYE)
