Systems Analyst - Time and Attendance Systems Implementation

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our project team within the wider IT/HR delivery function, with a key focus on the implementation and support of a Time and Attendance (T&A) solution across manufacturing sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.

This role involves regular travel to factory locations throughout the UK and Northern Ireland to ensure successful deployment, training and ongoing support. You will support the Project Manager on managing the development and implementation of a new T&A solution.

This role demands agility within a dynamic IT environment, offering substantial growth prospects and a varied workload each day.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of T&A systems, integration processes and required HR and Payroll data outputs combined with a background of project delivery and/or support within a busy IT department - ideally in the Food Industry.

Essential:

Experience implementing and supporting Time & Attendance systems Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working unassisted and managing multiple priorities Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK and Northern Ireland Full UK driving license

Desirable:

Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments

Experience of 24/7 physical work environments and the nuances of overnight workers

Familiarity with complex integrations with Payroll and HR systems

Project delivery and/or change management experience
