Location: Chatham, ME4 6BB
Salary: £30,000-£37,500+ Benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri , 9am-5pm

Join our client as a dedicated Compliance Officer, working alongside the Director and Ops Manager to shape and grow a crucial business function.

Stay ahead of HSE, ISO & COSHH regs
Develop and update company policies
Conduct audits, site inspections & risk assessments (RAMS) - One day per week on site
Manage accreditations (e.g. CHAS, Safe Contractor)
Deliver staff training on compliance & safety
Lead investigations and ensure corrective actions
Liaise with regulatory bodies
Organise and maintain compliance documentationExperience:

Background in compliance, HSE, or environmental safety
Great eye for detail and self-management
Confident communicator and proactive mindset
ISO and COSHH experience is a big plus!Perks:
