Ivy Resource Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable new build housing developer in Wigston. This is a permanent position offering up to £50,000 plus package, ideal for someone with residential site experience who is looking to progress their career in housing development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of new build housing projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials

• Support the programme to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations

• Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation

• Help oversee quality control and ensure a smooth handover of homes

• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential new build housing

• Knowledge of build programmes, quality standards, and Health & Safety practices

• SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work (preferred)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence required

• Ambition to progress into a more senior management role
