24 DATA, Inc is currently seeking a Sales Representative with minimum 2 years experience to generate new business for our pilot, managed live chat program, X24Chat. This is solely a prospecting role with heavy cold calling to prospective clients over the telephone only. The calls are of an outbound nature.
- Generate new clients through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling and strategic email
- Quickly develop business relationships with B2B customers
- Identify customer needs and requirements
- Promote and position the strategic & practical values of managed live chat
- Schedule concrete next steps with the customer and the onboarding specialist(s)
- Develop, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities
- Develop internal sales relationships with onboarding specialist(s) and product specialist(s)
- Function competently and independently in a fast paced virtual environment that requires project and time management skills
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think analytically
- Active listening skills
- High EQ
- Experience utilizing CRM systems or Microsoft Excel
- 2+years of successful quota-carrying sales experience
$35,000 per year + commission ($55,000 OTE)
