Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Salary: £25,000 Basic - OTE £60,000+

Hours: Monday to Saturday, Day off in the week, 1 in 3 Sundays

Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-run dealer group in the Winchester area. We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive with a solid main dealer background to join a premium brand in Winchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established dealer group with an excellent reputation. You will be joining a prestige brand as the only sales executive selling this manufacturer in group. On top of this, you will also have the opportunity to sell from an excellent used car range - adding to commission!

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years dealership experience as you will be expected to work alongside the general manager and run this department and really make it your own.

On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 with an excellent OTE.

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

* Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.

* Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed throughout the sales process.

* Advise customers on finance and insurance products, upselling where possible

* To have outstanding knowledge of the brands products and services to ensure the customer receives the best service possible

* To build, manage and maintain a list of viable prospects by maximising all sales leads

* Pro-actively conduct telephone sales activity to generate new prospects and manage customers in the sales cycle.

Key Requirements:

* You will be a target driven-driven and customer-focused sales executive with previous experience within the motor trade

* Possess excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

* Strong negotiation skills

* Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
