Part-Time Concierge Opportunity - NW1

Salary: £16,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-12:00

Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and professional Part-Time Concierge to provide on-site support at a residential property. This hands-on role will combine front-of-house duties with light cleaning, bin disposal, and porter tasks to ensure the property runs smoothly and residents' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.

• Welcome residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and communal areas.

• Carry out light cleaning and bin disposal duties, ensuring all areas remain tidy and presentable.

• Respond promptly and politely to resident requests and queries.

• Perform porter duties, including carrying luggage/packages, running errands, and assisting residents where required.

• Receive, log, and distribute mail and deliveries.

• Monitor building security and control access as needed.

• Conduct inspections of communal areas and report maintenance or health & safety issues.

• Assist with communal lighting checks and minor replacements in line with Health & Safety regulations.

• Carry out additional duties as directed, adopting a hands-on and flexible approach.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or residential services.

• Confident, discreet, and able to take ownership of tasks when working alone.

• Professional, precise, courteous, and service-driven.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

• Commitment to confidentiality.
