PCB Inspector

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

We're looking for a dependable and detail-focused PCB Inspector to support our clients busy production team. You'll be part of a well-established electronics manufacturer where accuracy, collaboration, and quality are at the heart of everything they do.

Main Duties as a PCB Inspector:

Carry out inspections on a variety of electronic assemblies, including:

SMT and through-hole populated PCBs

Cable assemblies and harnesses

Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks down to component level

Detect faults or non-conformities and provide clear, constructive feedback to production staff

Use magnifiers, optical aids, and precision tools for close inspection work

Maintain accurate inspection records and complete quality documentation

Assist with packing and preparing products for UK and local dispatch when required

Provide occasional support to other production teams with quality checks

What We're Looking For as PCB Inspector:

Proven experience in inspecting electronic assemblies within a PCB production or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of component-level inspection standards

Confident using inspection equipment and reading technical build documentation

Meticulous, systematic, and able to work within inspection timeframes

Clear communicator, able to give helpful feedback to colleagues

Flexible team player with a proactive attitude
