NJR are currently representing a well-established Financial Planning practice known for providing bespoke Solutions to a growing Client bank of High Net Worth individuals. As a result of their continued growth, they are now seeking a technically minded IFA Administrator to join their team. Our Client offers a vibrant working culture and work very much as a team. They are also supportive of working towards Industry exams and encourage development, and therefore the successful Candidate will have a short-term opportunity to progress sin to a Trainee Paraplanner.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

* To determine and deliver the most appropriate solutions and providers

* Collating information from existing pension/investment portfolios

* Undertake the necessary research and analysis including fund analysis, product comparison, product analysis, fund research and charges analysis to enable a sound client recommendation to be made

* Working through adviser fact finds and supporting material

* Construct Suitability Reports for advisers

* Create cash flow (retirement income) reports for advisers

* Provide all support material for client recommendation including illustrations and application documents

* Provide technical support to the adviser

* Preparation of annual client reviews

* Liaise effectively with clients, product providers, associations and other departments

* All the above in a compliant manner as set down by the Company and the Regulator's procedures

* Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by management/directors

Ideally candidates applying for the above role should offer the following -

* Working towards or willing to be Level 4 CII Diploma qualified

* Minimum of 2 years' experience with the financial services industry

* Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude

* Analytical with a keen eye for detail
