Job Description
Personal Assistant: Due to impressive sustained growth an experienced Personal Assistant is required to deliver an efficient PA service to the CEO of an award-winning provider of innovative, multi-disciplinary consultancy and learning solutions.

Reporting directly to the CEO the Personal Assistant will join a training company with a focus on diversity and inclusion, and a mission to become a world class diversity practice. The company work with an impressive range of international clients and household names including banks, government departments, universities and FMCG organisations.

The successful candidate will deliver vital support to ensure the CEO's time is maximised in the most effective manner, enabling them to focus on providing strong direction and leadership to the organisation. The PA will also play an integral part in the growth and development of the business maintaining strong client relationships, service delivery and identifying new business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy working with multi-national, blue-chip organisations.

*Office Management/PA: Diary management, arrange travel for CEO, produce confidential and non-confidential correspondence, sort and respond to incoming correspondence, maintain programme of team meetings, meet and greet visitors and clients, screen calls, maintain confidential and non-confidential records, manage supplier contracts (taxis, stationery etc)
*Business development: Support the completion of tender requests, post tender evaluations, manage and attend seminars, exhibitions, conferences, undertake any marketing initiatives
*Client management: Identify prospective clients, build relationships with decision makers, contribute to proposal process, manage client expectations, build awareness of client's business sector, ensure delivery strategy achieves desired results
*Knowledge management: Proactively communicate with clients, regularly update on developments, email clients with details of events and developments in the field of diversity, maintain an updated knowledge base of the D&I market
*Learning and development: Book training courses, manage attendance, communicate with client contacts/ delegates, report on evaluation of training interventions, write PowerPoint presentations and training programmes with the direction of the CEO.

Skills & Experience:
*Proven PA and organisational skills working for a Director or business owner
*Ethical, honest, with integrity and a commitment and passion for diversity with an understanding of diversity issues that affect employers
*Able to converse with organisations at a senior level
*Comfortable delegating work and managing / prioritising workload
*Flexible and able to travel, sometimes working hours outside of the traditional working day
*Customer service focussed
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage internal resources
*MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook (essential)
