Construction & M&E Project CoordinatorLocation: KidderminsterType: Full-time | Hybrid Working Available after probationSalary: £30,000 - £45,000 + benefitsMy client is seeking to a Construction & M&E Project Coordinator to join a high-performing engineering team delivering a major site modernisation programme. This role plays a key part in coordinating construction and mechanical & electrical (M&E) activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day coordination of construction and M&E projects- Monitor project timelines and costs, liaising with project managers and subcontractors- Interpret technical drawings and specifications (mechanical, electrical, construction)- Maintain key project documentation and contribute to safety compliance- Attend and contribute to cross-functional project meetingsAbout You:- Strong understanding of construction methods and M&E installations- Experience interpreting construction and schematic drawings- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools (MS Project preferred)- HNC/BTEC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction disciplineDesirable:- Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Coordinator in construction/facilities- AutoCAD experienceThis role will have further options for career development, courses/qualifications and learning for people who are interested in the Aerospace, Engineering & Construction Sectors.YOU MUST be eligible for an SC Clearance for the role.
